Product Description.

Self-service ice cream between rides
Families leaving a ride or waiting for the next show need somewhere to stop, order and collect a treat. A Huaxin theme park ice cream vending machine adds a self-service soft-serve point to that break. Guests choose on the touchscreen, pay through the installed payment system and collect their cup from the pickup opening. The production window lets them watch preparation while they wait.
Huaxin B86 Max, B85 and B84 automate ordering and preparation, reducing the counter work involved in each purchase. Park teams can add a dessert point beside an approved rest or dining area while keeping their staffed counters focused on other orders. The machines still need an operator responsible for supplies, cleaning and on-site response.
Place the machine beside the activity route
Walk the proposed location during a ride exit or show changeover. Look for families who can step aside, see the menu and wait with a stroller or group. Check both the standing space at the machine and the route people take after collecting their cups.
Park location | Placement approach | What the park team should check |
Ride exits and adjoining rest areas | Place beside seating or an approved food area after the exit path widens. | Guests can stop without blocking exiting riders, accessible routes or ride access. |
Show venues and parade routes | Use a nearby refreshment area with space for a short purchase queue. | Waiting customers remain clear of audience dispersal routes, barriers and emergency access. |
Family zones and indoor amusement areas | Position near shared seating where adults can supervise children. | The machine stays outside play equipment boundaries, and food is allowed in the chosen area. |
Water parks | Begin with a dry, protected dining or retail area. | The location is separated from pools, splash features and washdown routes; installation requires an environmental review. |
Resort activity hubs | Consider the lounge or dining space used between scheduled activities. | A service team can reach the machine throughout the venue's operating hours. |
Keep food purchases outside ride queues where eating is restricted. Agree the position and customer queue with the park's operations team before fixing the installation layout.
Keep purchasing simple during a rush
A separate self-service purchase point gives guests an alternative to the staffed ordering counter. Use a short menu, readable prices and clear collection instructions so a family can make its choice without holding up the next customer. Each machine uses one base mix at a time; compatible sauces and toppings create different menu combinations.
Watch the first busy sessions to see where delays occur: choosing, paying, preparation or collection. Leave room for the next customer to approach without crowding the pickup opening. A production cycle is only part of the purchase, so plan the queue around the complete transaction and test it with the intended menu and payment setup.
Prepare supplies around the park schedule
Build replenishment visits around the day's ride sessions, performances, meal breaks and evening events. Before opening, check mix, cups, sauces and toppings separately, and test a purchase. Assign a named team member to check the machine before the next planned rush and respond during trading.
Keep reserve ingredients and consumables in suitable storage, with a practical route from the service area to the machine. Ask whether a trolley can reach the point while guests are present and whether replenishment requires a temporary closure. These details matter at a park where guest routes or backstage access change during an event.
Use the first operating days to adjust visit times. Record when supplies need attention and when the purchase queue builds. After a holiday weekend, review the quieter weekday schedule as well, so preparation matches actual demand.
Review sales across park zones
Use Master OS to review sales and machine status across the park. Compare a machine near a show venue with one beside a family rest area, then use the available sales records to plan visits and decide which positions merit a longer trial. Confirm connectivity, account permissions and the required software functions before launch.
Agree who receives configured alerts and who can reach each machine during a parade or evening performance. The person reviewing the screen may be in a central office; the person replenishing cups or checking a fault needs physical access to the unit.
Choose the front design and prepare your branding
B86 Max, B85 and B84 share the same core B Series configuration. Compare their front-door designs in the official product images, then choose the appearance that fits the park's setting and approved footprint. Use the selected model's installation drawing to check access and service space.
Exterior graphics can carry your park's colors, logo and approved artwork. Provide the brand files and review the layout with us before production. The artwork needs to leave the screen, viewing area, pickup opening, ventilation and service access clear.
A B84 buyer in Malaysia checked the height of a proposed top sign against the shop entrance before confirming the exterior design. That same check belongs in a park project: include signs and overhead clearance when reviewing a canopy, indoor doorway or installation route.
What to confirm before ordering
Send site photographs, a proposed layout and your operating plan. Our team will review the machine configuration with you; your park's facilities, food-service and payment teams should confirm the local site requirements.
Area | Information needed for confirmation |
Exposure and heat | Indoor or semi-outdoor position, shade throughout trading hours, expected temperature at the machine, ventilation, rain protection, water spray, dust and sand exposure. We review the proposed shelter and position before confirming suitability. |
Power and installation | Available voltage, frequency and connection, protection appropriate to the site, a stable level floor, ventilation clearance and room to open service doors. The facilities team should check the final installation against the supplied drawing. |
Payment | Country, currency, preferred payment provider, terminal and required methods. Card, contactless, QR or mobile payment and cash modules require a compatible local setup. We confirm the proposed integration before ordering. |
Software and language | Network availability, operator access, required Master OS functions and menu languages. We confirm the software scope and translated interface for the project. |
Market approval | Exact model, supplied electrical configuration and the documents requested by the venue or local authority. We review available model-specific documents; approval requirements must be confirmed for the destination and installation. |
For US projects, check the exact model and configuration early: documents available for B86 Max should not be assumed to cover B85 or B84. For projects in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe, assess the actual installation environment and local requirements at each park.
Frequently asked questions
Is a roof enough for an outdoor or semi-outdoor location
A roof is only part of the assessment. Sideways rain, low afternoon sun, trapped heat and nearby water spray can still reach the machine. Send photographs showing the surrounding area and shelter, including the exposed sides. We review those conditions before confirming the position. Choose an indoor location if the site cannot provide suitable protection; the machine should not be treated as an all-weather outdoor unit.
Will one fill cover a full day in peak season
Plan visits from observed demand rather than assuming one fill will last all day. These three models have approximately 20 L mix capacity and storage for approximately 160 cups, with cup storage dependent on cup type and configuration. Mix, cups and toppings can run out at different times. These capacities do not establish daily sales or the number of completed servings between visits.
Can guests pay with cards and the park wristband
Card and mobile payment options are reviewed for the local provider and terminal. A park wristband, prepaid account or closed-loop payment system needs a separate integration review. Send the provider's system and interface documentation so we can confirm feasibility. If you are considering cash, specify the currency and required banknote or coin modules as part of the same payment review.
Can we use seasonal graphics or licensed park characters
We can review exterior artwork for a seasonal theme using the chosen model's graphic layout. Provide the approved design files and any permissions needed for character artwork. Confirm the coverage, materials and application plan with us, especially around glass, ventilation and access points. Exterior customization does not include moving the screen, pickup opening or machine structure.
Is the machine suitable for a high-temperature region
Suitability needs to be checked at the installation position, including the heat beneath a canopy or inside an enclosure. High temperatures increase the cooling load. Provide the expected hottest operating conditions, photographs and ventilation layout so we can assess the proposed configuration. Do not assume suitability from the country name or an overhead shade structure alone; an air-conditioned indoor position may be the appropriate choice.
How often will the park team need to clean and maintain it
Plan daily operator checks and daily cleaning of the dispensing outlet and drip area. Product-path cleaning, sanitizing and disassembly intervals follow the delivered manual, recipe, operating hours, ambient conditions and local food rules. The one-touch cleaning program assists the rinse process; manual hygiene work remains necessary. Agree preventive maintenance and seasonal shutdown procedures before opening, and keep a service record for each unit.
Plan your park installation
Send your Country / City, Quantity, Location Type, Payment Requirement, whether you are an Operator or Distributor, and Expected Launch Time. Include photographs of the proposed position, shelter details, peak-season hours and your brand artwork. We can then review B86 Max, B85 and B84 with you and prepare a configuration and quotation for the project.
