Recently, our company has identified two severe illegal acts that infringe upon our legitimate rights and damaging our brand reputation. We hereby solemnly announce the following:
I. Regarding the Fraudulent Activities of Bu Yucheng and E METAVERSE TECHNOLOGY GROUP SDN BHD
Upon investigation, we found that Bu Yucheng and his affiliated company, E METAVERSE TECHNOLOGY GROUP SDN BHD, obtained an agency distribution contract with our company through fabricated cooperation intentions and fraudulent means. Up to now, the aforementioned party has failed to fulfill its contractual obligations to purchase any equipment from us. Despite the contract is invalid, they continue to falsely claim authorization as our agents in Southeast Asia, misleadingly associating our products with low-quality, uncertified products of unknown origin. This has caused widespread consumer confusion, falsely implying an affiliation between such products and our company.
We solemnly declare:
1. From mow on, Bu Yucheng and E METAVERSE TECHNOLOGY GROUP SDN BHD are pleased permanently on the cooperation blacklist.
2. We hereby demand that the aforementioned party must cease all infringing activities immediately. We have initiated legal proceedings to pursue civil liability and criminal Liability.
3. We hereby warn against purchasing products through unofficial channels to avoid harm to their rights and interests.
II. Warning Regarding Illegal Commercial Fraud in Southeast Asia
Our company has detected instances in multiple Southeast Asian countries where individuals have stolen our patented product images, technical materials, and real-world project photos to promote fraudulent and set up the project about sharing ice cream vending machine investment for illegal fundraising and recruitment of investors.
We solemnly declare:
1. As of the date of this statement, our company has not authorized any third party in Southeast Asia to act as an agent, distributor, or investment project promoter.
2. All unauthorized commercial activities are illegal activity, including use of our company’s logos(HUAXIN), patented materials, or proprietary content. We have submitted evidence to local law enforcement agencies.
3. Investors are urged to verify partnerships exclusively through our official channels:

2. We had appointed law firm to pursue cross-border legal accountability.
