Product Description.

Huaxin manufactures fully automatic ice cream vending machines, and each custom ice cream vending machine we build runs under the buyer’s brand. This page is for three kinds of buyers: chains that want the machine to work as an extension of their stores, distributors that sell machines under their own name, and operators who need one look across many locations. It covers what can carry your brand, how a project moves from rendering to shipment, what affects the minimum order and the price, and branded orders we have built.
What You Can Customize
Most of what sits on the outside of the machine and on its screen can be customized on any project. Payment and software functions are assessed against your country and requirements.
Item | What we can do | What you provide |
Wrap | Full or partial wrap of the machine panels, carrying your logo, brand colors, patterns, product photos and QR codes. Available on the B Series, Easy7 and Power7. | Logo source files (vector), brand guidelines, brand color codes, reference images |
Top sign and nameplate | A branded light box sign on top of the machine, and your brand on the machine nameplate. | Logo; the height limit at the location, if there is one |
Screen interface | Start-up screen, logo, menu images, product names and promotional videos in your branding. | Menu list, product photos, video files |
Language | Menus, prompts and interface text in the language of your market, including bilingual interfaces. | Target languages and approved translations |

Voltage and plug | 220 V / 50 Hz standard, 110 V / 60 Hz optional; plug type set for the destination country. | Destination country |
Software functions | Adapted from the existing functions of Master OS. | The functions you need and how you will use them |
Custom Vending Machine Wrap
A design can also run across door seams and vent areas, or use special materials.
Machines in one order can share a single design or each have their own, for example one machine selling açaí and another selling ice cream, each in its own look.
A top sign adds to the overall height of the machine. If the location is at a shop entrance or under a low ceiling, or the machine has to pass through a narrow door on the way in, send us the height limit with your artwork.
Screen, Menu and Brand Video
The touchscreen is where customers order, and it is the second place on the machine that carries your brand. Menu images, product names and interface colors follow your branding, and you set up advertising and promotional videos yourself in the system. Once the machine is online, you can change prices from your phone.
Interface changes come in two levels. Swapping images, text and colors is done as part of the project. Changing the page structure or the ordering flow is assessed separately by our software team for scope and time. Before work starts, list the pages to be changed and the acceptance criteria on the confirmation sheet, and check the delivered interface against it.
Languages
The interface language is set for your target market. A convenience store supplier in Kuwait, for example, asked for an Arabic and English interface.
Payment Setup
Payment is assessed country by country, for your payment provider and terminal model. The machine has an MDB payment interface, and a card reader you specify is confirmed as compatible only after integration testing. You open the merchant account for the card reader with a local provider, in your own name; have it ready before the machine ships. For a comparison of payment methods, see our ice cream vending machine payment systems guide.
OEM and Private Label at Huaxin
For OEM and private label orders, we customize the exterior, top sign, nameplate, screen and menu with your brand, so customers at the location see your brand.
We are the equipment manufacturer. You buy the machines and run them under your own brand; we charge no franchise fee and take no share of your sales.
Distributors that resell under their own brand discuss distributor pricing and territory support with us separately, based on purchase plans, annual volume and local after-sales capability. Regional protection requires clear sales commitments and a written cooperation agreement.
What Stays Standard
Standard customization does not change the core of the machine. The mechanical, refrigeration and electrical systems and the internal layout stay as designed, and so do the front door style, screen position, viewing window and pickup port. We do not take on full ODM development of a new machine from scratch.
You receive the same machine we build every day and inspect to one standard, with the same user manual, spare parts and after-sales process as the standard model.
If you need a different machine shape, choose it by model: the B Series machines share one configuration and differ in the front door (see Which Models Can Be Customized below). For changes beyond this scope, send us your requirements, quantity and target market. Our technical team and management assess them separately, and such projects are not quoted or scheduled as standard orders.
How to Get a Custom Vending Machine: Process and Lead Time
1. Send your requirements. Tell us the model (or describe the location and we will recommend one), the quantity, the target country and your payment needs, and send your logo source files, brand guidelines and brand colors.
2. Rendering. Our designers place your brand on the exterior of the chosen model and send you a rendering. If you work with your own designer, we can supply machine drawings for the artwork. You can ask for revisions before approving it.
3. Confirmation. You sign off the rendering together with the configuration sheet: model, payment, language, voltage and plug. If the design changes after sign-off, the delivery date has to be rescheduled.
4. Production. Machines are made to order. Production for standard models takes about 30 days from order confirmation, and the actual date is set in the quotation and contract. Making the wrap and top sign, or sourcing and testing a third-party payment terminal, can add time.
5. Pre-shipment inspection. Before leaving our factory, every machine completes a 72-hour stress test and an item-by-item inspection across five areas: electrical cabinet, refrigeration system, front door, cleaning and labelling. On B Series machines, the labelling check includes whether the wrap is centered and free of bubbles and lifted edges. You can attend the inspection at our factory or watch it live by video. A buyer in Denmark, whose first B84 carries the buyer’s own brand, attended the inspection with a business partner before shipment.
6. Shipping and start-up. When the machine reaches its location, keep it upright and let it stand for 24 hours before powering it on. Your after-sales specialist then guides you remotely through start-up, refilling, menu setup and cleaning.
On a custom order, the design usually takes longer than building the machine. We have had a machine pass its refrigeration test while the illuminated letters for its sign were still being made. The sooner your brand files and translations are final, the easier the schedule is to hold.
Minimum Order and Cost
There is no fixed minimum order quantity (MOQ). A single machine can carry your wrap, logo and screen menu, which makes it a practical way to test one location first. For regular operation, we recommend planning around our 10-unit plan. Exclusive exterior designs (such as a different cabinet color), in-depth software work or special hardware changes require a higher quantity, confirmed for each project.
| Single-unit pilot | 10-unit plan (recommended) |
Purpose | Tests the location, the flavor, the payment setup and your refill routine | Regular operation across several locations |
Exterior | Wrap, logo and screen menu are all available | One design across every machine, or a few designs by location |
Configuration | Confirmed for the single machine | One configuration for the whole batch, with payment and language confirmed once |
Shipping | Usually shared container space; export, customs and delivery costs fall on one machine | Can be planned as a full container, spreading these costs across the machines |
Spare parts | A local spare-parts stock is hard to justify for one machine | A local set of wear parts is easier to justify |
To decide between the two, read single-unit pilot or 10-unit rollout. For configuration and delivery on larger orders, see wholesale ice cream vending machines.

Customization Examples
iCream: Our Own Black-and-Gold Design on B83 Max
iCream is a design we created ourselves, not a customer’s brand. Black-and-gold graphics cover the body panels, a 3D sign sits on top, and the screen menu uses the same colors. The design uses nearly every place on the machine that can carry a brand, which shows which panels take the wrap, where the sign goes and how the screen matches.
Açaí Machine in a German Mall
An operator in Germany sells açaí soft serve from a B83 Max in a shopping mall. The machine carries the operator’s own açaí brand wrap, a German-language pickup label and a card reader as the only payment method, so shoppers order, pay and collect their cup on their own. For the menu, the price and one day’s sales at this location, see the açaí vending machine in a German mall.
Other Recent Branded Orders
· Chile: a company first evaluated a single-machine pilot for a shopping mall, then ordered two B86 Max units and approved the exterior and nameplate for both before shipment.
· Canada: two B86 machines, one selling açaí and one selling ice cream, each in its own exterior design. After payment, the ownership of the card reader account had to be settled separately.
Which Models Can Be Customized
The B83 Max, B84, B85, B86 and B86 Max share the B Series platform, with the same internal configuration and a 32-inch touchscreen. They differ in the front door, and the front door decides two things: how much area the wrap can cover, and whether customers can watch their cup being made.
Model | Front door | Where your brand goes |
B85 | Angled color-block panels | Large front panels, suited to a full brand wrap |
B86 Max | Full-height window front door | The panels on either side of the window and the top sign; the window itself stays clear |
B83 Max | Large viewing window with the touchscreen inside | The full left-hand panel (the model used for iCream and the German case) |
B84 | Screen above, viewing window below, surrounded by continuous panels | The whole front door |
B86 | Three-panel front | The left and right panels |
Easy7 | Countertop; serves automatically once a cup is in place. It is not a vending machine by default, and payment needs an external module | Side panels; 11.6-inch screen |
Power7 | Countertop self-service vending with an enclosed cup port | Side panels; approx. 13-inch touchscreen |
The B85 is also our robot ice cream vending machine model, so a customized robotic ice cream vending machine starts there: see the B85 specifications and our robot ice cream vending machine page.
On the B86 Max, the full-height window lets customers watch each cup being made, and your brand sits on the panels either side and on the top sign: B86 and B86 Max.
Other models: B83 Max, B84, Easy7, Power7.
What to Confirm Before Ordering
Item | What to confirm | Who confirms |
Brand assets | You hold the rights to the logo, artwork and text you send; the final design is signed off | You |
Payment | Country, currency, payment provider, terminal model and merchant account; a third-party terminal is confirmed compatible after integration testing | You provide the details; we assess and test the integration |
Language | Target languages and translations | You approve the translations; our software team confirms they can be used as supplied |
Electrical | Voltage, frequency and plug, fixed before ordering; the machine cannot switch on site | You give the destination country; we build to it |
Certifications | Certificates apply by model. B Series machines hold third-party CE certificates of compliance (LVD, EMC, RED), a RoHS certificate and an IECEE CB Test Certificate; B83, B83 Max and B86 Max in the 110 V / 60 Hz configuration are certified to NSF/ANSI 6. Easy7 holds CE (LVD, EMC) and RoHS certificates, and Power7 holds a CE LVD certificate. Huaxin also holds an ETL certificate. Other requirements in your market are confirmed before ordering. | Ask your account manager for certificate copies for your model |
Location | Sign height, ventilation clearance, indoor or outdoor (an outdoor site needs a separate review of shade, rain protection and power) | You send photos of the location; we review them |
FAQ
What is the minimum order for a custom ice cream vending machine?
There is no fixed minimum. A single machine can have your wrap, logo and screen menu. Exclusive exterior work such as a different cabinet color, in-depth software changes or special hardware need a higher quantity, confirmed for each project.
How long does a custom order take?
Design approval depends on how many revision rounds you need and whether your files are complete. Once the design and the order are confirmed, production for standard models takes about 30 days, with the actual date set in the quotation and contract. Sea freight and customs clearance come on top and depend on the route and destination port.
Can the machine carry only my brand?
The exterior, top sign, screen and menu can all carry your brand, so customers at the location see your brand. Which manufacturer details must stay on the nameplate and product labels depends on the rules in your market and the certificates for your model.
Can you supply ice cream mix under my brand?
We do not sell ingredients outside China. You can buy mix locally from a supplier that meets your food regulations; send us a sample before you order and we will test it on the machine.
